Make a real difference to a special place

As a Port Lockroy Patron, you will support our programme of inspection, surveying, recording and conservation of the building fabric and artefacts. This season, we will be undertaking vital maintenance work, such as painting, treating timber and cleaning historic objects. Your donation will also enable us to continue our gentoo penguin population monitoring and to gather climate data with our new weather station – a fitting testament to the pioneering scientists once residents of our huts.

Becoming a Patron brings you closer to the work of the Trust and offers special opportunities throughout the year. Supporting projects in Antarctica is more than a commitment to donate. It is an investment in the designated heritage sites in a special part of the world, to ensure their future protection.
